Quotes are free for our area but any insurance claim paperwork will have to have a non-refundable deposit paid in cash at the time of receipt or will be given at the time of completion of the work but will not be given beforehand without the nonrefundable cash deposit--no checks or credit cards.  If we still do the job for you, that fee will come off the price of the job.  Payment will be worked out but the homeowner will be responsible for the fees.  Also,  if you have a tree on the fence and can do it yourself but need the paperwork for insurance, we can work out the deposit to go towards doing some tree maintenance at a later date.  There will have to be a minimum amount of work and it needs to be contracted within a reasonable time limit, months--not years--after the initial rush of storm damage.
